Due to the dynamic growth of the company, we are currently looking for an experienced and committed candidate for the position of:
Team Leader with English

Your responsibilities:
- working with the English-speaking team: supporting, positively motivating and sharing knowledge
- responsibility for the team's performance in the areas of quality, quantity and efficiency
- ensuring quality through regular monitoring, response and feedback
- conducting workshops, follow-up trainings, coaching and regular meetings with the team
- working directly with the client
- report results regularly, both qualitatively and quantitatively
- preparing additional reports and analyses
- stay up to date on industry trends and competitors
From the Candidate we expect:
- proficiency in English (min C1)
- min one year experience in a similar position required
- knowledge of KPIs in the contact center industry
- full-time availability Mon. - Fr. (9:30-20:00) and Saturday (2 or 3 per month: 10:00 - 20:00)
- efficient use of computer and mobile applications
- logical thinking,
- high level of autonomy and self-discipline
- knowledge of MS Office Package and Google tools
Some medical background is nice-to-have.
