Are you a finance professional with a passion for analysis, reporting, and contributing to business success? Orange SA is seeking a Finance Business Support to join our dynamic GSP team, a newly created entity focused on providing top-tier financial services to various Group entities. You'll play a key role in supporting both Orange Bank and DI2E activities, collaborating with controlling departments to drive efficient financial management.
Your Tasks:
Orange Bank Activities:
Manage the monthly closing process, including validation of orders, tracking receipts, and preparing monthly provisions.
Monitor expenses related to overhead, IT, personnel, restructuring, and real estate.
Track PSE consumption and analyze budget variances for Corporate Controlling.
Extract data from OFusion for Magnitude reporting.
Prepare monthly reports and provide operational support to budget stakeholders.
Contribute to budget development for various expense categories, aligning with targets set by General Management.
Update forecasts for Q3F, HLF, and strategic planning.
DI2E Activities:
Establish provisions and inject them into OFusion, following validation from the operational Finance Partner.
Prepare presentation materials for the DTOF financial director.
Present closing proposals and supporting documentation.
Prepare result-related pages for the monthly Business Review.
Develop trend-based budget modeling files (Q3F, budget, HLF).
Amend forecasts based on feedback from operational teams.
Input budget data into financial tools.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial techniques, with experience in controlling.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Proficiency in management applications (OFusion, Alcyone preferred), office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and advanced Excel data modeling skills.
A proactive approach to automation and new tools.
Exceptional rigor and organizational skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain diplomacy.
A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
