Your Profile
🌍 Languages: Fluent English (bonus for Swedish, German, Dutch, Danish, or Norwegian).
🧠 Experience:
Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in outsourcing (1-4 years).
CRM expert: Fluent with tools like Hubspot.
IT experience.
🤝 Personality: An extrovert who thrives on connection. Intelligent, high-culture individual who’s great in corporate environments. Client orientated mindset and being confident in client interactions will be crucial.

The ideal candidate has experience in IT sales—both services and project-based—and thrives on building strong client relationships. You should be comfortable with proactive outreach, including through social media, and enjoy engaging with people in a meaningful way.
Strong communication and active listening skills are essential, along with the ability to understand client needs and offer thoughtful, tailored advice. An analytical mindset is key—helping you interpret challenges, uncover opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
We also value those who stay connected to the industry—actively participating in conferences and events to network, share ideas, and stay ahead of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Identify client needs and provide customized IT service and project-based solutions
Lead the full sales cycle—from initial outreach (including social channels) to deal closure
Attend and engage in industry events and conferences to support business development
Use CRM tools and data insights to manage sales activities and uncover new opportunities
