Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across functions.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in global or high-volume environments.
Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.
Exposure to data analytics or recruitment metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with HR and business partners on workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
