Usage Rights Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of data and project management concerning Usage Rights.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of creative campaigns and usage rights, coupled with strong client relationship skills.
• Ensure that the Usage Rights platforms/tools are up to date and properly completed.
• Create new campaign Usage Rights in the platforms/tools and collect data from Business Affairs, including agencies, transcreation agencies, and the sound department.
• Generate alert reports and prepare on-demand reports for clients. Escalate any issues related to Usage Rights compliance.
• Enter all data related to Usage Rights received from agencies and transcreation partners.
• Check the status of Usage Rights and manage/tracking talent and music rights across various global client brands.
• Liaise with the Finance Department to check billing and payments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Creative Production, Agency environments, or Sourcing, with experience in Intellectual Property & Image Rights being an added advantage.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates effectiveness and consistency in high-pressure situations.
• Maintains a calm and adaptable demeanor when faced with challenges.
• Enthusiastic and personable team player, capable of collaborating with global colleagues across all levels.
• Articulate communicator and active listener.
• Embraces a technology-driven mindset and is open to continuous improvement.
• Forthright and confident in interactions and decision-making.
