🧠 About the Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant — someone who combines operational efficiency with organizational and strategic support.
In this role, you’ll empower our COO by managing daily tasks, coordinating priorities, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. You’ll anticipate needs, streamline processes, and create the structure that enables focus on what truly drives the company forward.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and helping others work more effectively.
💼 Responsibilities
Supporting the COO, Marcin, in day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks
Managing the COO’s calendar, meetings, and time efficiently and with attention to detail
Coordinating business travel and logistics for conferences and global events (flights, accommodation, schedules)
Organizing small and mid-size events
Preparing documents, materials, and notes for meetings
Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution
Attending meetings and representing the COO when his direct presence is not required or during his absence
✅ Job Requirements
Ideally, you’re based in or around Warsaw - we work remotely most of the time, but it’s great if you can drop by the office when things need an in-person touch
Fluency in English (C1+) and Polish, both written and spoken
Experience supporting senior executives (CEO, Managing Partner, Director, or similar)
Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
Ability to conduct research and present information clearly and concisely
Proactive, independent, and capable of taking full ownership of responsibilities
