HR Business Partner
This role is a great opportunity for professionals looking to gain their first managerial experience in a highly autonomous and dynamic HR position. As an HR Business Partner at RITS, you will operate close to the business, combining strategic thinking with hands-on responsibility across a broad HR scope, while supporting managers and the organization during a phase of growth and change.
The HRBP bridges the gap between the company’s strategic needs and the employee experience, empowering managers to build high-performing teams that drive collective success. The role also includes ownership of selected HR initiatives across RITS and close cooperation with the Management Board.
This position is offered as a replacement contract (umowa na zastępstwo) for an estimated period of approximately 2 years.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as a strategic HR partner for managers, advising on employee engagement, labor law, talent management, performance evaluation and fair compensation practices.
· Take full ownership of HR topics within the organization, including oversight of the personnel administration area (supervising 1 HR team member).
· Support internal recruitment processes in a limited scope (approx. 1–2 recruitment processes per month), in close cooperation with the Management Board.
· Manage employee relations and support managers in handling HR-related topics for a back-office population of approximately 80 employees.
· Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and internal HR policies.
· Support the Management Board in organizational growth and structural changes resulting from the company’s ongoing development.
· Analyze HR metrics and engagement data to support informed business decisions.
· Together with the HR team and external vendors, continuously improve and optimize key employee lifecycle processes.
· Actively participate in and independently coordinate selected internal HR projects
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 5 years in internal HR, including working directly with Managers and internal Clients, preferably in IT or similar dynamic environment
· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, allowing you to play the role of an independent HR expert in the organization
· Capacity to listen deeply, make insightful analysis and take bold decisions on complex issues.
· Responsibility, business maturity and out-of-the-box thinking
· Openness and sensitivity to a diversity of cultures and work styles and the ability to support them
· Proactive approach, an initiative in action, self-reliance, ability to implement own ideas
· Ability to navigate between various perspectives and connect employee wellbeing while simultaneously supporting the company's strategic goals.
· University degree in psychology, human resource management or other field of study
· Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent workflow
· Fluency in English (B2/C1)
· Experience in work in the IT industry will be an advantage
