HR Business Partner
Who we are looking for
Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role;
Experience working in a multi-country environment;
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders;
Solid understanding of core HR processes and best practices;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, complex, and matrix environment.
Your future role
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive people strategy aligned with business objectives;
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness;
Lead and support key HR processes, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives;
Ensure consistent implementation of regional HR frameworks, policies, and programs, aligned with global standards and local regulations;
Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights and business-focused recommendations;
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
