We’re searching for an Office Manager to join our dynamic People team! This role is about providing robust support to our CEO and managing everything related to our office, conveniently located in the heart of Warsaw.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.

English proficiency: At least B2 level, both written and spoken.

B2B Contract: PLN 6,000–9,500.

Contract of mandate (UZ): PLN 6,000–9,500 gross.

- Keeping the office well-stocked (supplies, snacks, coffee, etc.).
- Managing parcel dispatches.
- Improving processes.
- Vendor relations and contract negotiations.
- Managing the office budget and invoices.
- Supporting employees in everyday needs.
- Introducing various initiatives to build a positive, innovative workplace atmosphere.
- Daily time management assistance.
- Planning travel arrangements, like flights, accommodation, etc.
- Coordinating events.
- Assisting with HR initiatives.
- Planning and managing team events like Christmas Parties, trips, etc.
- Overseeing personnel documentation.
- Managing internal benefits programs.

English proficiency: B2 level or higher (both spoken and written).

Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic working environment.

Soft skills, like the ability to work under pressure, proactiveness, and creativity, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, high accountability for your task, and passion for technology and new trends.

Initial Interview: 30–45 minutes with an HR representative.

Team Interview: 60 minutes with the Head of HR.
