Junior Talent Acquisition (IT Sector) (m/f/n)
For one of our business partners, we are looking for a Junior HR profile with a focus and some experience in Talent Acquisition in the IT sector.
The selected candidate will act as a key point of contact for managers and employees throughout the employee journey, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and people-oriented experience.
The responsibilities will include:
Executing end-to-end talent management processes including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding activities. And occasionally support on training, development, internal mobility.
Managing vacancies in Poland as well as in other European countries: publication, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and communication with hiring managers and evaluators.
Supporting recruitment processes by assessing cultural fit and alignment with business needs.
Ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and handling associated documentation and administrative processes.
Identifying training and development needs during recruitment and onboarding phases, recommending appropriate learning solutions from the internal training catalog.
Applying compensation and benefits policies during candidate offer processes.
Ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment between people operations and business objectives.
In addition, although this is not the main focus, you will take part in:
Providing operational support in performance evaluation processes, including reminders, feedback collection, and compliance tracking if needed
Assessing internal candidates and coordinating employee changes together with managers if needed.
Conducting exit interviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing actions to People Business and Solutions Partners.
We will value previous experience and knowledge of:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Employee lifecycle management and HR administration.
Performance evaluation and training coordination processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced level of English - min. B2/C1.
Microsoft Office and HR digital tools.
Previous experience in multinational environment, knowledge of ATS platforms (especially Cornerstone), Spanish language, or Labor documentation and HR operational processes will be highly valued.
Offer:
Rate: 45-70 PLN/h nett
UZ or B2B contract (via Shimi)
Hybrid setup - 2 days/week onsite (Warsaw)
The project is planned for one year, with potential for extension
