Our team brings deep technical expertise and genuine passion, delivering real results for our clients worldwide.

At SPOC, we’re building more than just a company – we’re creating a community grounded in our values: initiative, curiosity, autonomy, and respect. We value bold ideas, celebrate wins big and small, and support each other. Every voice matters, and each team member helps shape who we are today

Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for leading and scaling SPOC’s sales operations across key markets in Poland and Western Europe (Nordics, BeLux, UK). This role is critical to our ambitious growth strategy and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, distributed sales team across Poland and Western Europe.

🔸 Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with SPOC’s global commercial goals.

🔸 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle in cooperation with presales and delivery teams.

🔸 Maintain and grow strategic relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders (C-level).

🔸 Personally own and contribute to closing high-value deals (> $1M), especially in strategic accounts.

🔸 Work closely with the CEO and management team to shape market entry plans and go-to-market strategies.

🔸 Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting using CRM tools.

🔸 Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, partner management, and product teams to ensure customer success and market alignment.

🔸 Participate in key industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a representative of SPOC.

🔸 Design and oversee individual development plans for team members, ensuring continuous improvement.

🔸 Drive operational efficiency by refining sales processes and improving win rates.

🔸 Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term client satisfaction through structured, non-sales engagements.

Skills we are looking for

🔸 Proven experience in leading enterprise software and professional services sales across Western European markets.

🔸 Strong track record of success in managing distributed sales teams and driving high performance.

🔸 At least 3 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within a single organization.

🔸 Hands-on experience in executing complex, high-value enterprise deals.

🔸 Strategic mindset with strong financial, planning, and forecasting capabilities.

🔸 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at both IT and C-level.

🔸 Fluent English (C1 or higher) – both spoken and written.

🔸 Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales performance analytics.

🔸 Understanding of regional market specifics in UK, BeLux, or Nordics is highly advantageous.

What We Offer

A leadership role with strategic impact in a fast-growing international company.

 Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.

📃 Full flexibility in employment form (B2B or employment contract).

💻 Hybrid work model (remote + occasional onsite collaboration).

🚀 Clear autonomy in decision-making and access to top management.

⚕️ Private medical care, company car, sports package, team-building events, and more.

An agile, non-corporate work environment focused on growth and innovation.
