Opis stanowiska

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in project management and organizational change management, ideally within technology-enabled transformations.

  • Proven expertise in leading end-to-end change management transformation projects

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging senior audiences.

  • Excellent English (C1)

  • Professional certifications are a plus: PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Certified Change Management Professional), ADKAR Model Certification, PRINCE2 / PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Business Analysis welcome.

  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%, depending on project needs).


Nice to have:

  • German and/or Italian language

  • Experience in consulting and/or large-scale, multi-country programs.

  • Sector background in financial services and/or public sector.

  • Experience with BPMN


Project description:

You will be part of a high-impact team driving large-scale organizational transformations and strategic change initiatives. Your role is to ensure successful project outcomes by focusing on the people side of change aligning organizational structures, culture, and employee mindsets with new business strategies. You will utilize data-driven insights to manage adoption risks and deliver tailored enablement plans that ensure long-term operational success and organizational agility for our clients.


Main responsibilities:

  • Shape change strategies tailored to the client context (impact & readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change plans, adoption KPIs).

  • Run stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to bring employee voice into the design.

  • Design fit-for-purpose communications and training (enablement plans, learning journeys, coaching, super-user networks).

  • Develop and deliver communication strategies that articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of change.

  • Lead impact assessment workshops to analyze As-Is and To-Be states and define mitigation actions.

  • Conduct readiness assessments and adoption assessments to evaluate readiness and track progress.

  • Lead and deliver project workstreams end to end (scope, plan, RAID, budget, quality), ensuring on time and on budget outcomes.

  • Prepare compelling proposals and thought leadership; build trusted relationships with client leaders.
