• Okay with a set shift (we’re global, so time zones matter)

🎯 What you’ll actually do

• Own the founders’ calendars - schedule calls, shoots, podcasts, gym, life admin
• Handle comms - scan inboxes & DMs, draft quick replies, flag the urgent stuff
• Book & track travel - flights, hotels, visa docs, influencer events
• Prep mini-projects - pull research, chase invoices, update slides
• Spot patterns - see a recurring issue? Shout it out so we can fix it for good
