We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home.

Tasks:

• Provide technical support to equipment users, via emails and chats. No phone calls!
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements:

• Fluency in English (C1).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for a minimum of 140 hrs per month.

What we offer:

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 30.50 gross/hour,
• Possibility of collaborating remotely after stabilizing good results: first we will invite you for a period of training at our office in Warsaw. The training will last 3 weeks (Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00). During the following weeks you will implement yourself in performing tasks and achieve independence - then there will be an opportunity to move to collaborate remotely, for which we will provide you with equipment.
• The possibility of arranging a convenient collaborating schedule; the project works on Monday-Friday from 7:00 till 18:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 till 13:00.
