Opis stanowiska

We’re a well-knit digital design studio working with products, brands and (no-)code. Founders come to us because we help them define, build and scale their MVPs. That means we gotta think beyond eye-candy (though we love pretty gradients too).

You’re free to do the job your way, but the team is there for you. Doesn’t matter if you’re just in a pickle or need a real talk about your career — there’s always folks happy to give you a hand.

And hey, we’re not here to point the finger at what to do. If you see something we can improve or know how to reach our goals — do it and get your cred.

Your day-to-day

  • Keep our CRM in top shape - making sure every deal, client, and update is properly tracked.

  • Help us measure the effectiveness of the sales process through defined metrics (pipeline velocity, win rate, avg deal size).

  • Double-check and maintain data accuracy across the sales process and after project handovers - making documentation your superpower.

  • You see beyond just “keeping CRM clean” — you want to support sales with client, investor, and market insights that make conversations sharper.

  • You’re obsessed with order, but you also know manual data entry isn’t the future - you think in processes and automations to reduce repetitive work.

  • Explore and test new tools (Clay, Apollo, Writesonic, Slack automations, etc.) to make our work faster and smoother.

  • Create reports and draw meaningful conclusions from KPIs - not just measuring, but helping us understand what the numbers really say.

  • You’re excited to learn the ropes of sales and see yourself growing into a client-facing role in the future. However, you already had your first experience in sales or business-related activities - maybe an internship, student project, or entry role - and ideally touched a CRM system along the way.

  • You’re genuinely excited about the startup world - following new ideas and trends feels natural to you.

  • You like the idea of being a documentation keeper - making sure nothing gets lost in handoffs.

  • You're fluent in both Polish and English.

  • You're down or working in the office on a daily basis.
