Projects Coordinator, Uber AI Solutions

About the team:

Within Uber AI Solutions, the Supply Growth team focuses on expanding the reach and impact of the platform. The team leads a range of initiatives, including launching in new markets, scaling the knowledge expert base, and driving product development aligned with growth objectives. In parallel, it drives user engagement to maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline of participants.

The team operates with a startup mindset within Uber - moving quickly, iterating, and owning initiatives end-to-end - while leveraging Uber’s technology, infrastructure, and scale.

Your role would focus on owning and driving the growth of the CEE markets, with full cooperation with the rest of the team on the EMEA-wide initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing acquisition projects: You will manage your project going forward, including ongoing improvement of the customer experience and business partnerships through regular monitoring, reporting, and action.

• Scoping: You will identify new opportunities, develop an initial scope with key stakeholders, and set clear milestones that align with our roadmap.

• Cooperation with internal teams: you will be in a close cooperation with various teams across the organization, in order to build together.

• Cooperation with external partners: You will be responsible for building relations with external partners in Poland and working with them both on operational-level initiatives.

• Business development: You will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, including partnerships, products, and services.

Our requirements:

• Communication: Clearly and concisely communicating with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.

• Problem solving: Effectively resolving issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic and common sense. Identifying the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms.

• Planning and Organization: Appropriately prioritizing and planning projects and/or tasks that maximize the ROI. Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects.

• Stakeholder Management: Engaging, informing, and gaining the support of various stakeholders.

• Teamwork: Demonstrating optimism, respecting others, and working well in a team.

• Polish and English Language proficiency, an additional European language is a plus

• 3+ years of proven experience in Operations / Project Management
