Chat Support Specialist with Slovak language

Workplace: Warszawa

Your tasks:

• Answering Customers’ questions on chat in Slovak,
• Supporting the Customers at every stage of purchase,
• Handling and processing returns and complaints,
• Providing the highest possible quality of service.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Slovak language at least on B2 level,
• Knowledge of Polish or English at least on B2 (necessary to participate in training), 
• Willingness to work shifts - project runs 24/7, and we expect you to work a minimum of 120h per month,
• Precise and clear formulation of written statements,
• High personal culture,

Experience in working with Customers is welcome.
