We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growth team at Valueships. In this role, you’ll help execute the marketing strategies that contribute to the company’s growth. You will support the team with tasks related to social media management, content marketing, newsletters, and more. Working alongside pricing consultants and our leadership team, you’ll create impactful content and collaborate on various internal projects that drive business growth. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Co-developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (social media, content marketing, email marketing) 

  • Managing social media – overseeing our content calendar and communication, especially on LinkedIn 

  • Creating content for email marketing (newsletters, email campaigns) 

  • Assisting with content marketing materials such as guides, reports, and case studies 

  • Supporting outbound marketing campaigns 

  • Working closely with consultants and leadership on content creation and distribution 

  • Building relationships with SaaS communities and international stakeholders 

  • Helping to organize events – including webinars and conferences, both online and offline 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Min. 2 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS/tech/startups) 

  • Experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn 

  • Strong copywriting skills, with a focus on creating engaging, professional content 

  • Experience in email marketing and content marketing 

  • Project management skills and the ability to collaborate with external contractors 

  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns for performance 

  • Comfortable working with Canva/Figma (for basic content adjustments) 

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher 


Nice to have 

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, SEO/GEO, Google Analytics, and Webflow 

  • Exposure to video content creation (e.g., YouTube, short-form videos) 

  • A willingness to work with AI tools in marketing for optimization and process improvement

  • Salary based on experience:  

  • B2B 7 000 – 11 000 zł netto + VAT  

  • UoP 5 500 – 8 000 zł brutto

Recruitment Process:  

  1. Screening Call We’ll get to know you as a candidate for the B2B Marketing Specialist position. We’ll discuss your general experience and core skills, and you’ll have a chance to learn more about Valueships. 

  1. Craftmanship Call In this stage, you’ll meet with one of our partners to discuss your approach to solving problems, your analytical skills, and your ability to work through a B2B marketing case study. After the call, you’ll receive a recruitment task, which you’ll have two working days to complete and submit. 

  1. Hype Call You’ll be asked to share your vision of yourself within our organisation. 


The conversations will be held in Polish, but the recruitment task will be in English.
