Key Responsibilities:
Co-creating and implementing our employer branding strategy:
Developing and executing employer branding strategies,
Planning communication activities based on data and market trends,
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of branding initiatives (image, recruitment, and content campaigns),
Promoting company values and culture in a modern and engaging way.
Performance and digital campaigns:
Planning, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) supporting EB and recruitment efforts,
Analyzing results and recommending actions to improve campaign performance (CPC, CTR, conversions, reach),
Creating and testing ad creatives and messages (A/B testing, landing page optimization),
Working closely with the marketing team on performance and digital analytics.
Recruitment processes support:
Collaborating with the recruitment team on promoting job openings and talent programs,
Taking part in onboarding and internal communication activities for new employees,
Designing digital and social media campaigns to attract top talent.
Additionaly, You will:
Organize company events from job fairs to team integrations ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience both online and offline,
Create engaging content: posts, articles, newsletters, videos, in cooperation with the marketing team,
Manage internal and employee channels (social media, intranet, career site),
Analyze trends and campaign results, turning insights into better content and more effective employer branding actions.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and the ability to analyze campaign results,
Understanding of HR processes and the ability to automate and digitalize them,
Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written),
Strong communication skills and good time management. You’ll often juggle several projects at once and still enjoy the process,
Creativity, initiative, and courage to bring ideas that connect data with emotion.
