We are looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist who enjoys building long-term client relationships and creating a great customer experience from day one. In this role, you will coordinate onboarding process, support them in getting the most out of our platform, and work closely with teams across product and operations. Responsibilities:
Supporting WealthArc clients (wealth managers, family offices, fintechs and private banks) in their day-to-day use of the platform.
Guiding new clients through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
Building strong relationships with clients and custodian banks and acting as a trusted point of contact.
Resolving, tracking, and escalating client requests and issues in cooperation with internal teams.
Collaborating with Product, Operations, and Data teams to deliver the best customer experience.
Configuring the platform and supporting clients with system setup and daily workflows.
Coordinating data integration and daily data feeds with custodian banks and external partners.
Conducting online training sessions and helping clients get the most value from the platform.
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
Occasionally participating in client meetings or business trips (optional).
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, Onboarding, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and client requests
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
Analytical thinking and good organizational skills.
Understanding of financial markets and financial products (equities, bonds, ETFs, FX)
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft 365 / Office tools
Professional knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Previous experience in the financial industry, SaaS, FinTech, or WealthTech environment.
Practical experience with HubSpot and Jira.
Understanding of data formats and integrations (e.g. CSV, XML, JSON, SWIFT, SFTP).
Good communication in German or French.
