Data Analyst

We are investing in new technologies and developing our plant in Zabrze. Our facility occupies almost 75 thousand square meters. In Zabrze we manufacture charcoal grills as well as gas and electric grills. In Zabrze we also have a Distribution Center from where we distribute the full range of Weber products throughout the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

• Daily refresh and distribution of critical management reports, including but not limited to: Global warehouse finished goods shortage vs order, vs forecast, Global warehouse target stock levels vs tolerance – all location, all material types, Daily inventory stock status by region, Daily production summary – US, Poland and China
• Purchase order and Stock Transfer Order creation and reconciliation across our SAP and Navision ERP systems
• Update purchase order delivery information in SAP and Navision ERP systems based on ocean carrier delivery updates
• Update purchase order confirmation dates in SAP and Navision ERP systems based on supplier feedback
• Resolve Advance Shipping Notification issues (ASN) that prevent ASN visibility in SAP
• Facilitate Direct import customer order / sales order entry and ASN reconciliation
• Provide visibility to unpaid supplier invoices with likely root cause classification

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with Supply Chain, Business or Engineering desired
• 3 years of supply chain experience desired
• Demonstrated success at problem solving within a business environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask required
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. Experience with SAP a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
• English is mandatory
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Knowledge of Python is beneficial but not mandatory
