Customer Care Intern

CUSTOMER CARE INTERN

Contract: Internship for 3 months based on civil contract;

Working mode: Hybrid;

Working hours: Range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;

Office location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A (near Dworzec Gdanski metro station).

YOU DO:

• Fluently speak English and Italian, Japanese, Hindi, German, French or Spanish
• Study OR have experience in the area of compliance, anti-money laundering (nice to have),
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment,
• Have a student status.

YOU ARE NOT AFRAID OF:

• Speaking with the client on the phone,
• Delivering 2-3 priorities at the same time,
• Switching between tasks,
• Talking to different stakeholders in the company of flat hierarchy.
