International Sales Coordinator 

hybrid (Warsaw) 

 

Your tasks:  

  • Developing WeSub's sales and visibility in the foreign market - especially Switzerland and France  
  • Managing a team of local Vendor Managers - managing processes and cooperation between Polish and foreign teams  
  • Acquisition of new customers and new markets  
  • Building and maintaining positive relations with the company's business partners and maintaining a positive company image  
  • Active sales and implementation of tasks resulting from the sales strategy  
  • Responsibility for the implementation of sales targets  
  • Cooperation and maintenance of positive relations with business customers  
  • Establishment and negotiation of commercial conditions  
  • Concluding contracts and controlling their execution, supporting operations and settlements  
  • Monitoring and analysis of foreign markets and competitive activities 

 

About you:  

  • You have experience managing a distributed and international sales team  
  • You are familiar with the French and/or Swiss market  
  • You speak English and French at a level that enables you to communicate freely in business, Polish is welcome  
  • Developed managerial skills - you simply enjoy working with people, you are good at it and you want to keep doing it  
  • You are keen to build lasting relationships with business partners  
  • You are open to business travel (usually 1 or 2 times per quarter for 2-3 days) and have a B driving licence (useful when visiting suppliers)  
  • You are committed to your tasks and are focused on achieving jointly set goals  
  • You are interested in the e-commerce and/or finance industry - these are the topics around which our discussions revolve on a daily basis

  • B2B contract with base salary: PLN 20,000 - 30,000 net
