We are looking for a CRM specialist to join the E-commerce team and help us grow email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programmes across all Emoti Group companies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist who wants to prove themselves by scaling channels in a multi-country setup, working cross-team, and having the freedom to implement their own ideas.
Day-to-day, you will create content calendars, define and implement CRM strategies, communicate across teams, and improve retention in 5 different markets. You will receive graphics and copywriting support from our marketing teams, so your main mission is clear: drive revenue from new and returning clients through CRM communication.
Campaigns are currently run in Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and Lithuania — you will communicate with us mainly in English.
Your responsibilities:
● Create strategies and recommend solutions to increase sales in CRM channels and grow the subscriber base.
● Send newsletters, marketing automation, SMS, and push notification campaigns across 5 markets, following the e-commerce marketing calendar.
● Prepare and optimize HTML email templates.
● Build and manage marketing automation workflows and segment the subscriber base.
● Continuously A/B test and optimize templates, campaigns, and send times.
● Manage and grow CRM-driven loyalty programmes.
● Report results (including sales contribution) from CRM campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis.
● Cooperate closely with Marketing (content, graphics, products), Commerce, IT/Analytics, and tool providers.
Our requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM campaigns (email, marketing automation, SMS, push).
● Experience in working with multiple markets and countries at once.
● Good English (B2+), daily working language across 5 markets.
● Ability to work based on KPIs: deliverability (BR, OR, CTR), base size, and sales share.
● Knowledge of web analytics tools (GA4, Looker).
● Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
● Independence in carrying out tasks, attention to detail, accountability.
Nice to have:
● Experience running loyalty programmes is a big plus.
● Experience with GetResponse.
● Knowledge of HTML.
● Using AI tools for daily work.
