Join us as a Junior Sales Development Representative 😎


Your responsibilities:

➡ Building a sales pipeline through outbound activities such as cold calling and social selling on English-speaking and/or German-speaking markets;

➡ Prospecting outbound leads, qualifying business needs, and booking meetings with Key Account Managers (KAMs);

➡ Close cooperation with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and campaign alignment;

➡ Creating and executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting potential customers;

➡ Writing engaging outbound copy (ex. LinkedIn messages, follow-ups)

➡ Posting and engaging on LinkedIn to build awareness around data backup and disaster recovery and highlight market trends, risks, and best practices related to data protection;

➡ Working daily with CRM to manage leads, activities and pipeline.


Must have:

Fluent English (min. C1) and/or fluent German;

➡ At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (Sales / SDR / Customer Success);

➡ Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot);

➡ Strong proactivity and willingness to take ownership;

➡ Very good business communication skills.


Nice to have:

Technical background or interest in IT;

➡ Experience in a SaaS or IT company.

Our Offer

Position: Junior Sales Development Representative

Type of contract: UoP/B2B/UZ

Salary:

➡ UoP: 5 500 - 7 500 PLN gross + bonus

➡ B2B: 40 - 54 PLN/h net + VAT + bonus

Working time: Full-time

Core hours: 9:00-15:00

Working mode: onsite

Headquarters: Gorzów Wielkopolski
