Business Development & Delivery Manager (MID/SENIOR)

Join our Business team and bring your skills to the forefront of our innovative projects. Your daily responsibilities will combine driving new business opportunities with hands-on project delivery. If you are ready to elevate your career, guide clients through Generative AI transformations from the first handshake to successful deployment, apply now and become a key player in our dynamic team.

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: proactively acquire new B2B clients, negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and successfully sign contracts.

  • Present our GenAI products and prepare commercial offers, showcasing how our solutions can transform both front-office and back-office operations to deliver tangible business value.

  • Lead local and international projects focused on implementing our AI solutions, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales phase to successful client onboarding and technical deployment.

  • Cooperate closely with pre-sales, IT, and Linguistic teams to create project implementation concepts, estimate costs, allocate tasks, and ensure the successful delivery of the technological solutions.

  • Provide comprehensive project management services for implementations, including project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and communication management.

  • Ensure the delivery of key project outcomes and business benefits for our clients, such as contact center cost optimization, back-office process efficiency, and the implementation of advanced self-service solutions.

  • Organize, lead, and moderate project team status meetings as well as meetings with clients to ensure strict alignment with their strategic business goals.

  • Identify and help to remove project roadblocks, gracefully handling escalations to avoid any negative impact on the project budget, scope, or schedule.

  • Prepare and deliver insightful project status reports and continuous business value updates to both Yosh.AI management and our clients.

  • Build robust, long-term relationships with clients post-implementation to provide ongoing support, ensure high satisfaction, and actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities throughout the contract lifecycle.

Great if you would:

  • Have at least 10 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of tangible successes in both B2B sales and end-to-end IT project delivery.

  • Possess extensive experience in the pre-sales process, leading complex negotiations, and successfully closing contracts with Enterprise-level clients.

  • Bring an established, active network of professional contacts (especially C-level and decision-makers) that will enable you to effectively reach potential clients and generate new business opportunities for our products.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational processes within the financial (banking and insurance), healthcare, and retail sectors, both in front-office and back-office environments.

  • Possess practical, in-depth knowledge of the contact center industry. This includes a deep understanding of CC processes, agent-assist tools, and customer-facing self-service solutions (e.g., GenAI-powered voicebots and chatbots).

  • Have a solid understanding of Generative AI technologies and how they can be leveraged to drive business transformation and process efficiency.

  • Have a practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to successful project delivery.

  • Be independent, highly proactive, and target-oriented in driving both the sales pipeline and project milestones forward.

  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a high personal culture and an openness to other cultures.

  • Have a strong ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with technical, pre-sales, and linguistic departments.

  • Have an advanced knowledge of the English language.

  • Be well-organized, punctual, and capable of working effectively under time pressure.
