Junior Admin and HR specialist
Someone who will:
- Participation in day-to-day administrative duties (correspondence handling, office supply management)
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure the completion of their tasks in a timely manner,
- Oversee and manage office budgets, including expenses and supplies,
- Coordinate and manage office procedures, including procurement of office supplies,
- Taking care of the visual attractiveness of the offices and comfortable working conditions for employees,
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the office,
- Support in recruitment processes (appointment of interview)
- Keeping documentation up-to-date
- Help in organising corporate and integration events
If you:
- Have approximately 2 years of office management. Employee relations work experience, familiar with local labor regulations and employment policies is a plus.
- Have ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and positive manner with colleagues and third parties,
- Are proficient in English and be able to use English as working language;
- Are proactive and have initiative,
