    ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

    In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management.     How you will get the job done


    • developing strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to effectively address recruitment needs
    • managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate experience
    • acting as a primary point of contact for candidates during their recruitment process
    • attracting candidates using various sources, like social media, and professional networking sites, and researching new ways of approaching candidates
    • setting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high-potential profiles to the business team
    • preparing analysis and reports to provide insights into ongoing recruitment processes
    • participating in recruitment and employer branding events, such as job fairs, conferences, and open days


    Skills and experience you will need


    • fluency in English (C1)
    • at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in an international environment
    • experience in recruiting candidates for various roles in non-tech area (finance/customer services/HR or related)
    • experience in working in a partnership model with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
    • exceptional organizational skills; you are at ease with an abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picture
    • superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to build working relationships with candidates and recruiting colleagues
    • being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
