Gecko Dynamics, a Krakow-based software development company is looking for an ambitious and organised Senior IT Recruiter to help with further growth of the company by hiring candidates.

Who we are looking for: 

We are looking for an open and communicative person with experience in IT recruiting for custom software solutions to take over the Senior IT Recruiter position. You will therefore be responsible for leading the entire recruiting process from the moment of receiving the request for the position, requirements gathering, collaboration with the tech team on creating the interview process, presenting the offer to the candidate, and negotiations to effectively signing the contract.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in the IT industry
• Understanding of the workflow and processes in the software company
• Experience in all aspects of the recruiting process
• Upper-Intermediate Strong level of English
• Proactive position

Nice to have:

• Experience working for a software development company will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of the technologies used for the development of web and mobile applications
• Any additional foreign language on a communicative level

Responsibilities:

• Collect & prepare position requirements
• Process & filter incoming CVs from recruitment agencies
• Find appropriate candidates according to project & company requirements
• Proceed with HR interviews
• Verify the English level of candidates
• Schedule technical interviews
• Analyse candidate's flow/ requirements/ compensation package to improve staffing performance
