Talent Acquisition Specialist

AVSystem is a Polish company founded in 2006 in Krakow. We design and create original software from the Internet of Things (IoT) and telecommunications domains. There are almost 200 employees on board right now, and there definitely will be more of us, so here’s the case.

Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team to help us find new talents. Why join us, you ask?

What to expect during the recruitment process?

• Send us your CV
• We’ll screen your profile and if your experience and energy meet our expectations we’ll arrange a 30 min. video meet
• Hands-on experience is crucial for this role, so we may ask you to tackle a short recruitment task
• In the final step, we’d love to meet with you in our office to get to know you better

Your responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Conduct phone and video interviews
• Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely and respectful communication, regardless of the outcome
• Keep engaging activity on social media
• Participation in other soft HR projects

What makes you a perfect candidate?

• You have at least one year of experience as an IT sourcer
• Proficiency in direct search methods
• You know how to conduct initial video/phone screen
• Familiarity with Candidate Experience philosophy
• Creativity, curiosity, and persistence
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
• Professional approach to work
