We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant to support our recruiting and onboarding activities. Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running. If you have some recruiting experience and like to communicate with people, we’d like to meet you.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Recruiter Assistant or in another administrative role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Ability to use Figma, Photoshop, Canva, and other designing software
- Desire to learn and grow as a specialist
Nice to Have:
- Previous work background in an IT company
- Practice in video editing applications (CapCut, Movav, etc.)
English level:
Intermediate+
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment on the ongoing tasks and projects
- Maintain and update current recruiting instructions
- Create and update reports on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis
- Develop and maintain the necessary documentation for the department's processes and activities
- Work with internal ATS
- Process and merge data for further analysis by the Head of Recruitment or any other stakeholders
- Сommunicate with representatives of external partners (organizational issues on recruiting tools, cooperation with recruitment agencies, etc.)
- Cooperate with other departments on ongoing projects and emerging issues
- Help recruiters with routine tasks
- Assist in organizing team building activities for recruiting team
