    Hi! We are HTD, a digital health services company on a mission to create a more human-centric, accessible, and productive healthcare system. We work with clients across the medical and wellness industry to plan, design, and develop custom software. Our team offers technology consulting, product design, and software development services across all modern languages and frameworks.     We are currently looking for a Global Administration Operations Specialist to join our HTD People Operations Team and support us in implementing initiatives that foster our Internal Community. You will be working closely with our leaders and whole People Operations Team on a miriad of tasks from more basic administrative and operational ones to broader company-wide projects, all aiming to make HTD a rewarding place of work.

     

    What we need from you:

    • Previous experience in similar roles in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • Experience in managing cross-company initiatives across different time-zones.
    • Excellent communication & time management skills.
    • A strong sense of ownership & responsibility.
    • Willingness to learn & improve the status quo - there’s always a better way they say…
    • Proven ability to come forward with solutions to a variety of challenges.
    • Ability to consolidate many perspectives into cohesive proposals for action.
    • A can do attitude.
    • Attention to detail;
    • Excellent knowledge of English (min B2), as well as Polish (C1) - we are an international team;
    • Proficiency in Google Suite tools - and not just to put gifs into google slides ;)
    • Availability to work from our Łódź office at least 3 days a week.


    Key responsibilities:

    Making our employee engagement strategy come to life through:

    • Owning the onboarding experience
    • OnboardMe App - our internal onboarding tool
    • Handling welcome emails & first interactions
    • Oversight over the content of onboarding presentations
    • Welcome packages (assembly and inventory)
    • Conducting & analyzing stay interviews, exit interviews
    • Executing Employee Happiness activities
    • Coordinating our: Workation initiative, company parties, smaller team integrations
    • Managing occasional gifts & celebrations: ex. Spring Breakfasts, birthday vouchers, honeymoon vouchers
    • Cooperation with any other external vendors supporting such initiatives (ex. Sports halls, Pyszne.pl vouchers etc.)
    • Handling day-to-day operations of our facilities (Poland & US)
    • Communication with vendors
    • Assessment of needs and resolving those needs
    • Ordering supplies where applicable
    • Supporting Leadership Team in basic day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
    • Supporting one-off strategic projects or tool implementation within the PeopleOps Team.


    What you can expect from us

    • Salary depending on your skills and experience:     

     - PLN 9 000 - 13 000 net + VAT on a B2B contract      

     - PLN 8 000 - 11 000 gross on employment contract
