Job Description:

  • Service and supervision over the functioning of a digital platform for archiving materials produced for advertising campaigns.
  • Supporting the team with information on how the platform works for all its users.
  • Daily contact with internal and external clients on European markets.
  • Cooperation with the Central Team managing cooperation with an external client within the Agency; reporting data from the platform to the Central Team.
  • Quality control of work on the platform performed by internal users: verification of completeness of data entered into the platform.
  • Organizing, creating and conducting trainings on the use of the platform for new team members.
  • Informing all platform users about changes, upgrades, new functionalities.
  • Collecting feedback on the functioning of the platform and managing it, reporting users' needs to the IT department.
  • Cooperation with the IT / Developers department in the field of platform maintenance, error reporting and creating User Cases for the IT / Developers department.
  • Reporting work progress and possible technical problems. Working on an independent position - managing your working time.


Qualifications:

  • At least one year of work as a project manager/content manager/QA specialist in an advertising agency.
  • Content management experience in any CMS system (Wordpress, AEM, Sitecore) is welcome.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • You freely use MS Office tools. You are committed to your projects, accurate and conscientious.
  • You have the ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication.
  • Self-organization skills and proactive approach to tasks, independence in making decisions.
  • Experience in the advertising or IT industry will be an advantage.
