Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Actively acquire new clients using various sales channels
  • Analyze client needs and tailor offers to meet their requirements
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with current market trends
  • Conduct product and service portfolio presentations and demos for potential clients
  • Negotiate terms of cooperation and close deals
  • Manage the sales pipeline and report on performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to optimize sales strategies and relay market feedback
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and acquire new clients
  • Proactively manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize business value
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand cooperation


Our Expectations


Sales Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales
  • Hands-on knowledge of selling IT products and services

Technology Understanding:

  • Basic understanding of IT technologies
  • Familiarity with the IT product lifecycle and technical terminology

Market Knowledge:

  • Strong focus on client needs in the IT sector
  • Knowledge of consultative sales techniques

Sales and Communication Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations and communicate effectively in a business setting

Organization and Management:

  • Independence in managing the sales pipeline and organizing work
  • Attention to detail and timeliness in task execution

Additionally:

  • Fluent English (C1), especially in a business context
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Ability to analyze data and report sales results
  • Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools in sales processes
