Customer Service with Italian

Your responsibilities

• Supporting clients in Italian – via phone, email, and chat,

• Responding to inquiries and solving client issues – you will be the first person to help them,

• Providing support regarding automotive products and services – sharing knowledge and assisting clients,

• Maintaining high-quality service and customer satisfaction – every interaction you have will make an impression.

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of Italian (C1 level) to communicate smoothly with clients and business partners,

• Communicative knowledge of English – you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment,

• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive client relationships – your openness will make a difference,

• Willingness to develop in the automotive industry – you will learn everything from scratch and quickly gain experience,

• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but if you are just starting out, there’s nothing stopping you from learning.
