We operate at the intersection of marketing and technology. Our job is to make campaign mechanics smart, the user journey engaging but simple and intuitive, and the underlying systems stable enough to handle launch-day peak traffic. This is not “agency work” — campaigns are products: they have funnels, conversion points, user behavior, performance metrics, and real business outcomes.
We move fast, stay outcome-focused, and deliver under time pressure — because every campaign has a fixed timeline, a go-live moment, and peak-load periods where execution quality matters most.
The role
As our Polish business continues to scale in volume and complexity, we’re looking for a Head of Product & Performance to take end-to-end ownership of the Polish market — leading product strategy, conversion optimization and growth. This is a role for someone who wants real influence, not “stakeholder theatre”.
You will shape what we build, how we measure success, how we optimize, and how we scale.
This role reports directly to the CEO and includes real decision authority for the Polish market — including ownership of prioritization, experimentation roadmap, launch decisions, and performance targets (and, as the organization scales, increasing budget responsibility).
What you’ll be responsible for
Ownership & Growth
Own performance and revenue outcomes for the Polish market
Translate business goals into product/performance priorities and execution plansIdentify growth levers across acquisition → activation → conversion → retention
Make product and performance decisions for Poland (priorities, rollouts, optimization strategy)
Product & CRO
Improve campaign mechanics and user journeys to reduce friction and increase conversionRun structured experimentation (hypotheses → tests → learnings → rollout) with clear decision-making ownership
Build a strong measurement culture with clear KPIs and dashboards
Drive scalable standards for tracking, reporting and funnel optimization
Leadership & Execution
Lead and grow a cross-functional product/performance team spanning product, analytics, and performance marketing currently 5 people, scaling with results and business growth
Set direction, standards, and cadence (priorities, weekly rituals, accountability)
Partner closely with tech and operations to deliver campaigns “live” with high reliability
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone senior who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution:
Proven experience leading product/growth/performance (Head/Lead level)
Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, experimentation, analytics
Ability to drive outcomes under time constraints (launches, peak-load periods)
A real ownership mindset: you build clarity, make decisions, and deliver
Leadership maturity: you can align teams without bureaucracy
Bonus points if you’ve worked in high-volume environments (e-commerce, subscriptions, fintech, marketplaces, gaming, media-tech) or built products where reliability matters.
