As a Technical Product Manager, you will be a member of the Product Development team, responsible for exploring products and technologies that can be incorporated into APS counter-drone systems portfolio, as well as conducting market and competition analysis, focusing on technical trends and competitive capabilities.
Responsibilites:
- Researching and analyzing potential solution suppliers of, among others, RF sensors, jammers, EOIR cameras, wireless communications.
- Building and maintaining a database of solution suppliers, and evaluating their offerings through RFIs.
- Planning, organizing and participating in demos and tests, both in Poland and worldwide.
- Managing and improving the third party supplier technical evaluation process.
- Conducting comparisons of different solutions and providing recommendations on the most suitable options.
- Technical competition analysis.
- Direct communication with external suppliers.
- Attending trade shows around the world.
- Cooperation with systems engineers and R&D teams.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise - strong technical background in engineering.
- General knowledge of radio communication, IT, mechatronics, optoelectronics.
- Fluent Polish and English skills (C1) (both spoken and written).
- Good communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Engineering degree - electronics, IT, robotics, space tech or similar.
- Experience in system integration.
