Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be a member of the Product Development team, responsible for exploring products and technologies that can be incorporated into APS counter-drone systems portfolio, as well as conducting market and competition analysis, focusing on technical trends and competitive capabilities.

Responsibilites:

• Researching and analyzing potential solution suppliers of, among others, RF sensors, jammers, EOIR cameras, wireless communications.
• Building and maintaining a database of solution suppliers, and evaluating their offerings through RFIs.
• Planning, organizing and participating in demos and tests, both in Poland and worldwide.
• Managing and improving the third party supplier technical evaluation process.
• Conducting comparisons of different solutions and providing recommendations on the most suitable options.
• Technical competition analysis.
• Direct communication with external suppliers.
• Attending trade shows around the world.
• Cooperation with systems engineers and R&D teams.

Requirements:

• Technical expertise - strong technical background in engineering.
• General knowledge of radio communication, IT, mechatronics, optoelectronics.
• Fluent Polish and English skills (C1) (both spoken and written).
• Good communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Engineering degree - electronics, IT, robotics, space tech or similar.
• Experience in system integration.
