Why AlohaCamp?

Our mission is to inspire people to spend time in Nature.

AlohaCamp is a platform where you can book unique stays in Nature, such as glamping sites, yurts, or treehouses. We believe - and know from our own experience - that spending time surrounded by nature genuinely improves quality of life.

Over the past 4 years, hundreds of thousands of Guests have placed their trust in us - and more than 90% of them have given us the highest possible rating. We already operate in Poland, Spain, and Germany, and we want to keep growing by building the largest Nature stays marketplace in Europe.

One more important note before we begin: this role is a temporary replacement contract for several months. There is, of course, a possibility of continuing the collaboration afterward, but this is not guaranteed. We also do not require full-time availability. We estimate the required availability at around 70–100 hours per month.

Your role as a Part-Time Social Media Specialist PL

You will support an organization focused on fast growth and international expansion, while staying true to its spirit. You will help us take AlohaCamp’s communication to the next level without losing our character and authenticity. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, publishing, and moderating content on AlohaCamp’s Polish Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook profiles.

The most important parts of this role are:

🌲 Interest in travel and Nature - if AlohaCamp’s values resonate with you and spending time in Nature gives you energy, there’s a good chance you’ll feel at home in this project.

🌲 Creating copy, graphics, and video - you will independently create written, graphic, and video content. We will provide the right tools and support, but we also count on your responsibility and independence.

🌲 Clear goals - your main objective will be to improve both the quality of our organic content (in line with our brand book) and its effectiveness (engagement and reach measured through specific KPIs). We care about consistent communication, but results matter more than quantity.

🌲 Content management - social media is a key channel for reaching our Guests. You will have access to a library of photos and videos that are impossible not to like. There’s plenty of it, so content management is an important part of this role.

🌲 Language and communication - you will publish content in Polish, but English is also needed to communicate with the team and is a main language of this recruitment process.

🌲 Tool proficiency - we work with tools such as Figma, CapCut, and ManyChat, while Metricool and Amplitude help us analyze results. Tools are not the most important thing, but strong familiarity with them will definitely make onboarding easier.

Who we’re looking for

🌲 Experience and tangible results - you have experience in similar projects and can demonstrate the results you achieved, ideally supported by numbers.

🌲 Passion for Nature - you believe in our mission of inspiring people to spend time in Nature.

🌲 Branding skills - creativity, design, storytelling, and communication are your strengths.

🌲 Strong communication - you communicate confidently in English (B2+) and can collaborate effectively in a remote team with people of different skill sets.

🌲 Availability - this position is available as a several-month replacement project for a team member on maternity leave. We also do not require full-time availability. We estimate the required availability at around 80–100 hours per month.

🌲 Ambition and a yes-attitude - you enjoy ambitious goals, get excited by challenges, like experimenting, and enjoy finding solutions.
