Customer Service Representative with German or Bulgarian

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with knowledge of German or Bulgarian. The person in this role will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Contact with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels

• Providing information and customer support

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving ongoing issues

• Entering and updating data in internal systems

• Cooperating with other departments

Requirements

• Very good command of German or Bulgarian

• English at a minimum B2 level

• Strong communication skills

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Basic computer skills
