As a Growth Strategy Analyst your purpose will be to drive business performance by executing high-impact initiatives. Acting as an internal consultant, you'll work closely with senior leadership, aligning teams, identifying strategic opportunities, and leading implementation efforts. This involves:

• Strategic Analysis: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and internal data analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Problem Solving: Breaking down complex business problems into structured frameworks, developing hypotheses, and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Project Leadership: Leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and measurable impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

You’ll tackle complex challenges, structure ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional change, thriving in fast-moving, high-pressure situations where you can learn quickly, make data-driven decisions, and execute effectively.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

• Proven Project Execution: A track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time with accuracy and impact.
• Business Acumen: Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant, ideally in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, including at least intermediate experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for collaborating with global teams and presenting to senior leadership.
• Adaptability & Resilience: The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

It will also help you to have…

• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or in a high-impact strategy/operations role.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
