Opis stanowiska

ENDORFY is a dynamic and fast-growing brand specializing in high-performance PC and gaming components. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to support our Country Account Manager in Germany. In this role, you will help manage and grow relationships with German retailers, distributors, and system integrators, playing a key part in expanding our B2B and wholesale operations in the DACH region.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Country Account Manager in daily sales and operational tasks

  • Assist with communication and coordination between our brand and partners (retailers, e-tailers, distributors, system builders)

  • Follow up on B2B sales leads, orders, and deliveries

  • Maintain and update client information in CRM

  • Help prepare offers, price lists, and promotional materials

  • Monitor product availability and coordinate logistics with internal teams

  • Provide market feedback to improve sales strategy


Your Profile:

  • Some experience in working with big box retailers or distributors in Germany

  • Knowledge of PC/gaming hardware, components, or peripherals is a strong advantage

  • Previous B2B or wholesale experience in the IT/electronics sector preferred

  • Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Detail-driven, organized, and able to multitask

  • Team player with a proactive attitude


Work Type:

  • Mainly home office / remote

  • Monthly visits to key clients within Germany required
