ENDORFY is a dynamic and fast-growing brand specializing in high-performance PC and gaming components. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to support our Country Account Manager in Germany. In this role, you will help manage and grow relationships with German retailers, distributors, and system integrators, playing a key part in expanding our B2B and wholesale operations in the DACH region.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the Country Account Manager in daily sales and operational tasks
Assist with communication and coordination between our brand and partners (retailers, e-tailers, distributors, system builders)
Follow up on B2B sales leads, orders, and deliveries
Maintain and update client information in CRM
Help prepare offers, price lists, and promotional materials
Monitor product availability and coordinate logistics with internal teams
Provide market feedback to improve sales strategy
Your Profile:
Some experience in working with big box retailers or distributors in Germany
Knowledge of PC/gaming hardware, components, or peripherals is a strong advantage
Previous B2B or wholesale experience in the IT/electronics sector preferred
Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Detail-driven, organized, and able to multitask
Team player with a proactive attitude
Work Type:
Mainly home office / remote
Monthly visits to key clients within Germany required
