Your role:
- HR administration for our client in Switzerland
- Entering and maintaining employee data (SAP, Success Factors)—new hires, changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, personal data changes, terminations, etc.
- Direct employee support on the HR hotline
- Issuing of employment documentation (employment references and certificates)
- Travel management: Managing regional tickets subscriptions (as an option)
- Job offers verification and posting on internal and external platforms
- Close collaboration with HR Recruitment/Administration Teams in Switzerland
Our Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken German (at least B2) – your written and spoken language proficiency will be verified
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian would be an asset
- Working knowledge of English
- Strong Customer Service Mindset
- Systematic and efficient time management, used to work to a deadline
- Team player attitude
- Ability to handle tasks and assignments independently
- Fast learning and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
