⚡ Location: Koszalin, Poland (On-site)
⚡ B2B contract
⚡ Salary expectations: open / to be proposed by the candidate

✨ Required superpowers:
• 5+ years of experience in Operations or Customer Success
• Hands-on experience with policy management systems or advanced CRM platforms
• Full professional proficiency in Polish and English (C1)
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills
• Ability to work on-site in Koszalin
• Experience managing teams of 30–60 individuals

💕 Nice to have:
• Experience in insurance or finance

🚀 Your mission:
• Oversee the full lifecycle of insurance policies (from submission to issuance and renewal)
• Identify inefficiencies and optimize internal workflows
• Collaborate with IT to automate and streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal underwriting standards
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales and operational reports
• Recruit new employees
• Perform annual employee assessments
• Accountability for team KPIs
• Lead onboarding and system training for new agents
• Act as the escalation point for complex operational or technical issues
• Gather agent feedback and drive continuous system improvements
• Manage and mentor the local support team in Koszalin
• Ensure high responsiveness and service quality across communication channels
