Job Title: Head of Recruitment


Looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity in the world of IT recruitment? Look no further than Remoted, where we're seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Recruitment to join our team!


As our Head of Recruitment, you'll manage our recruitment team, support our clients in fulfilling their hiring needs and deliver top-notch engineers. With exciting projects and varied positions across multiple industries, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a team of recruiters, conducting client calls, and achieving KPIs. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.


Your tasks as Head of Recruitment will include:


  • Managing a full recruitment life cycle, implementing and developing a recruitment strategy for new and ongoing recruitment projects.
  • Managing a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Conducting client calls to assess their recruitment needs, provide updates on candidate progress, and develop strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
  • Managing client accounts and maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining recruitment reports and metrics to track progress against KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Developing an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates in the global market.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Working closely with C-level executives and Lead Developers to advise on recruitment strategies, activity and performance.
  • Conducting internal recruitment processes and being responsible for onboarding new joiners.


What are our expectations?


  • At least 2+ years of proven experience as a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter or similar senior role, with a strong track record of meeting KPIs and managing a team of recruiters.
  • Experience in account management and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Knowledge of IT recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and direct search tools and methods (e.g. LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X-ray Search, GitHub, StackOverflow).
  • Fluency in English (min. C1)


On our part, we offer the following:


  • Salary: 12,000 - 15,000PLN both on UoP or B2B contract
