About the role:
We are looking for someone who combines strategic HR thinking with genuine warmth toward people. Define and monitor HR KPIs - both operational and culture/engagement-related
Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions
Recommend, implement, and refine HR processes
3. HR Business Partnering
Work closely with team leaders (Delivery, Sales, Finance, Marketing): regular sessions, problem diagnosis, and joint solution development
Support managers in handling difficult conversations, including feedback and performance management
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and exceptional Client Experience
Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a strong employee experience at every stage
4. People Experience and culture
Design and implement initiatives that enhance engagement and wellbeing, with a strong understanding of real employee needs
Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and pulse checks - analyze results, provide recommendations, and ensure follow-up
Coordinate company events (on-site and remote) in collaboration with the Admin team
Support internal communication needs related to change management
5. HR team management
Lead and develop recruiters and HR specialists within the team
Build a culture of effectiveness and shared accountability within a small team
Represent the company externally: industry events, networking, and employer branding
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including a role as HRBP or HR Manager
Experience in international and multicultural environments
English proficiency at C1 level
Experience in technology companies or software houses, with an understanding of IT Delivery and Sales specifics
Ability to operate in uncertainty, change, and without predefined answers
Empathy without naivety - the ability to be both a warm, people-oriented individual and a strong business partner
Strong communication skills with both executive leadership and individual contributors - clear, direct, and free of corporate jargon
