Your role and main tasks


Goal of the Position: 


You have the opportunity to further expand and actively shape the rapidly growing marketplace business unit and our partner program for brands and retailers by onboarding new sellers and products to limango.de and limango.pl

As a Technical Interface and Project- Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical onboarding of new partners onto our platform, from initial contact to go-live. You will be the primary technical point of contact for our partners, guiding them through our requirements and ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our system landscape. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring timely go-lives, and supporting existing partners with technical issues. You will drive continuous improvement of our technical marketplace infrastructure to enhance quality and shorten onboarding times.

 

Daily tasks of the position: 


  • Manage the technical onboarding process for new sellers, involving all relevant stakeholders and communicating confidently with external sellers and partners. 

  • Ensure seller adherence to data requirements by evaluating product data quality, providing feedback, and managing testing cycles. 

  • Drive consistent reduction of onboarding time by streamlining processes and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth seller integration and fast go-lives. 

  • Guarantee and improve data exchange between our sellers, service providers, and our platform. 

  • Provide technical support to existing sellers, manage incidents, and independently develop solutions. 

  • Proactively identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve our platform. 

  • Collaborate closely within the team, supporting each other to achieve shared goals.  


You will need


  • Completed studies or training in IT, business informatics, or a comparable field.

  • Solid understanding of data structures, data processing, and data management via APIs

  • Experience with data formats such as XML, JSON and CSV.

  • First experience with interface connections and marketplace platforms (e.g., Mirakl, Tradebyte, ChannelEngine, etc.)

  • Confident handling of tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.

  • Very good knowledge of English (B2-C1) and ideally knowledge of German (B1).

  • High level of initiative, strong communication skills, a structured, goal-oriented way of working, and a passion for process optimization and automation.
