About Our Client

Job Description

  • Develop and execute transition plans in cooperation with internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate timelines and resources.
  • Proactively address challenges to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Act as the main customer contact during transitions, managing expectations and updates.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
  • Maintain detailed transition documentation and regular progress reports.
  • Conduct post-transition reviews for feedback and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive transitions.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and conduct effectiveness audits.


The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Transition Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
