- Develop and execute transition plans in cooperation with internal and external teams.
- Coordinate timelines and resources.
- Proactively address challenges to ensure smooth transitions.
- Act as the main customer contact during transitions, managing expectations and updates.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Maintain detailed transition documentation and regular progress reports.
- Conduct post-transition reviews for feedback and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive transitions.
- Implement quality assurance measures and conduct effectiveness audits.
- University degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Transition Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
