Rollout / Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a Rollout / Delivery Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology and client relations. While your primary focus will be on the technical success of our rollouts, you will also act as a technical representative in occasional client interactions. Responsibilities:

• Participating in the deployment of our products (CMS, Stock Locator, Forms) for various clients.

• Assisting in preparing the necessary infrastructure and coordinating technical assets (e.g., gathering translations, configuring environments).

• Creating and maintaining rollout documentation.

• Participating in project team meetings with developers, product team, and project managers.

• Joining client meetings to provide essential technical context and ensure all requirements are understood.

• Conducting product demonstrations for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Supporting the web publishing team during the rollout of specific features and functionalities.

Requirements:

• Ability to start work in February 2026.

• Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is a must.

• At least 1 year of experience in rollouts, web publishing, IT support, or a similar technical field.

• Technical mindset and willingness to develop further in the technical direction.

• Initial experience in client-facing roles and confidence in presenting and explaining technical concepts to others.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

• General experience in the IT industry.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Notion.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
