About Revolut

People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 55+ million customers get more from their money every day.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding.

We’re now looking for a Head of Compensation to bring our compensation strategy to life — translating high-level thinking into actionable frameworks, scalable processes, and impactful tools. You’ll play a key role in building global compensation structures, running our core compensation cycles, and guiding market expansion.

We’re after a hands-on expert with a progressive track record across multiple compensation domains. Someone who thrives on complexity, communicates clearly with senior stakeholders, and can confidently balance strategy and execution. If you're passionate about scaling systems, making data-driven decisions, and building for global impact — this could be the role for you.

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across People, Finance, Legal, and our business leadership, with exposure to governance forums including remuneration committees and regulators. This is a high-impact role with clear growth potential, ideal for someone who loves building and helping others grow, too.

Up for the challenge? Let’s talk.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and implementing global compensation frameworks
  • Designing industry-defining salary structures
  • Managing annual salary reviews and off-cycle compensation cycles
  • Designing and implementing performance-based bonus programs
  • Executing compensation, calibration, and benchmarking processes
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to business leaders and People Partners on compensation matters
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and international expansion teams to ensure competitive offers in new markets
  • Supporting executive compensation processes and engaging with governance forums such as remuneration committees
  • Building scalable models, templates, and compensation playbooks for consistency across regions
  • Providing data-driven insights to drive equitable and transparent pay decisions
  • Staying up to date with compensation regulations and ensuring global compliance

What you'll need

  • 5–10 years of experience in compensation roles at global, high-growth companies
  • Technical expertise in salary benchmarking, equity, and compensation design for a global workforce
  • Experience managing performance bonus programs, job leveling, and global salary reviews
  • Advanced modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and operate independently
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and engaging with remuneration committees or regulators

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with equity compensation as part of a broader total rewards strategy
  • Exposure to compensation compliance requirements in regulated markets

Building a global financial super app isn’t enough. Our Revoluters are a priority, and that’s why in 2021 we launched our inaugural D&I Framework, designed to help us thrive and grow everyday. We're not just doing this because it's the right thing to do. We’re doing it because we know that seeking out diverse talent and creating an inclusive workplace is the way to create exceptional, innovative products and services for our customers. That’s why we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team.
